Marketing Manager

About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Alison.ai, based in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a specific focus in the Martech / AI industry. This role involves executing marketing strategies that will drive the company's growth, market monitoring, competitor analysis, and the translation of data insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead growth.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including event marketing, PR, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Create compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record in messaging strategy, event management, and PR.
  • Experience in leading demand-generation marketing initiatives with a proven ability to drive growth, preferably within a SaaS domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and previous experience in marketing analytics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing initiatives and compelling materials.
  • Understanding of the campaign management process 
  • Experience working with Hubspot - a plus
  • Excellent storytelling and verbal communication skills, making it easy for you to express ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strategic thinking, hands-on execution, context switching, and effective management of multiple projects and priorities.
  • An exceptional team player with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Business Management / Marketing or similar.

  • Native or near-native English speaking and writing proficiency.
