Product Designer
About The Position
We’re seeking a visionary Product Designer to take full ownership of our product design (UI/UX) process. In this strategic role, you will directly influence the platform’s features, functionality, and overall user experience. Your design decisions will be instrumental in shaping the product’s direction and driving its growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the product design process, from concept through execution.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align design decisions with business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Utilize prototyping tools to create wireframes and mockups, and conduct usability tests to iterate and refine designs.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities for product enhancements.
- Assist in selecting tools and technologies that enhance the design process and keep it on the cutting edge.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in startups that have scaled to large companies.
- Experience in B2B and heavy data apps (a plus).
- Background in SaaS product design.
- Expertise in creating thorough documentation and supporting production processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve usability issues while enhancing product reliability.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player, self-starter, highly organized and proactive.
- Experience with AI technologies (a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
