Business Development Representative

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales Team. As our first BDR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities fueling our sales pipeline via outbound sales activity to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Generate leads through outbound prospecting with the goal to create discovery calls for our Account Executives / Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities using our CRM platform.
  • Pipeline Management: Consistently track lead status, follow-up tasks, and manage your sales pipeline to meet key performance metrics.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Provide feedback on lead quality, prospect pain points, and industry trends to optimize lead generation processes and workflows.
  • Take part in building an effective outbound machine by testing different types of prospects, call-tracks, messaging and processes.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of outbound SAAS sales experience with a history of overachievement.
  • A hunter mentality and a positive attitude.
  • Solid understanding of the Martech or Adtech industry is a big plus.
  • Native English speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM & sales outreach tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo etc) - A must.
  • Experience using AI-driven tools in a sales environment is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Target-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
